MUS`AB PUBLIC SCHOOL
In the words of its principal, Muhammad Ishaq: ‘Mus‘ab Public
School is not just a school, but the beginning of an educational mission at the
national level. Founded in 1994, the underlying object in its establishment is
that the doctors, engineers, lawyers, politicians, scholars and academicians
that this institution turns out not only be highly competent in areas of their
choice but also be good, diligent and honest human beings.’ It is hoped that the
awareness and spirit inculcated in them during their stay at the school would
make them an embodiment of the rich traditions of our religion, culture and
history.
The school has been named after Mus‘ab Bin ‘Umayr (rta), who
was sent by the Holy Prophet (sws) to Madinah as a pioneer to teach and preach
Islam, before the Prophet (sws) himself migrated to the city.

AL-MAWRID INSTITUTE OF ISLAMIC SCIENCES
Al-Mawrid Institute of Islamic
Sciences strives to introduce a new chapter in Islamic education and research.
Its basic objective is to revive the intellectual process initiated by the
illustrious Muslim scholars of the past: Interpretation of religious texts is an
ongoing process because the element of human error can never be eliminated. This
process should continue so that through reflection and criticism, inferences and
interpretations become more and more refined and so that various scholars of
various eras can contribute their thoughts in this journey for the quest of
truth. Like flowing water, the torrent of human intellectual advancement can
only remain pure if it is allowed to flow.

directly deliberate on the sources of Islam and to contribute in the
intellectual process of directly interpreting the directives of Islam.
DANISH SARA
Danish Sara is a socio-political think tank that has been
established to reconstruct the moral fibre of the society and to reform its
various public institutions. Instituted in 1997, it aspires to develop national
consensus in the light of the Qur’an and Sunnah on various issues in the
political, economic, social and educational sectors of the society while
remaining above the divides of power politics. It seeks to herald a new era of
dialogue and discussion on issues that confront the modern man. Together with
this national agenda, the forum also strives to help the poor and needy through
whatever sources it can muster.
The forum has been given the Persian name ‘Danish Sara’ (literally:
the abode of wisdom) to signify that it draws its driving force from the wisdom
of the Qur’an.
