Answer
Frying foods that conform to Islamic dietary laws in oil that has been used by prohibited foods should be avoided. The remnants from the unlawful foods may end up in the cooking oil and though we are not experts of fry-cooking it is obvious that mixing the foods would contaminate and even compromise Islamically permissible foods. As for any utensils used in this process they too should be avoided. Hence, if you are offered such foods cooked in the stated manner you have every right to refuse it. It should be understood that the food would not be rendered haram by such frying. Yet, because of its potential mixing with haram food, it would be prudent for a Muslim to avoid eating it.
I hope I have clarified the issue.
God knows best.
