A British entrepreneur is launching the world’s leading world of halal animals food
A Yorkshire entrepreneur, a region of northern England, is about to launch the first world range of Halal certified pet food. Aihtsham Rashid, already known in its region for its mosques constructions, develops this innovation through its company Hurayra Halal Pet Food Ltd.
“Our first range will be intended for cats, followed closely by that for dogs,” explains the one we call Sham. The project, which required a substantial personal investment, has already aroused great interest on social networks with more than two million views in three weeks. The idea was born from a family awareness on the non-compliance of conventional foods with Islamic precepts. After consulting numerous religious scholars, the project received approval from the Halal Monitoring Committee.
Made in East Asia according to strict standards, these premium products are distinguished by their 100% natural composition, without wheat or soy. “Our wet food contains exclusively meat, without filling agents”, specifies the entrepreneur. Initially available online by subscription, the brand already targets the international with eighteen interested countries. With more than 600,000 owners of Muslim animals in the United Kingdom, Hurayra aims to become a reference in this still unexploited market.
