A strawberry tree in the colors of Palestine: the tasty, committed cake from a bakery and pastry shop

The artisans of the very popular Maison Marquise, in Chevilly Larue (Val-de-Marne), who put their hands to work every day to elevate pastry to the rank of art, are not only passionate, wonderfully creative. These specialists in sweet flavors, who like to delight the taste buds by raising awareness, are also very socially engaged.

Horrified by the absolute human tragedy in Gaza, it was by combining their talents and in perfect osmosis that they concocted the most magnificent and delicious cake: a strawberry cake, in the beautiful colors of Palestine.

The icing on the cake, 100% of sales will fall directly into the hands of an NGO in order to care for the sacrificed, mutilated, tortured, traumatized innocence: the Palestinian children of a terrifying open-air prison that has become, in space of seven months, the most appalling open-air cemetery in the world.
