Birmingham: the festive Ramadan Streets night market returns

After a great success last year, Ramadan Streets will make its return to Birminghama large city located in the center of England, in March 2026. During its first edition, nearly 30,000 people came to experience Ramadan in a friendly and family atmosphere. From March 4 to 8, this festive night market will take place on the grounds of Birmingham City Football Clubalong Coventry Road. Every evening, from the breaking of the fast until 11:30 p.m., the event will be open to all.
Ramadan Streets was designed to offer an organized, calm and secure setting, far from the disorder of improvised markets. The objective is clear: to allow everyone to come together during Ramadan, while opening the event to anyone wishing to discover this important period. On site, visitors will be able to break the fast together, enjoy various halal food stalls, discover cultural spaces, and above all have a good time with family or friends, in a warm and respectful atmosphere for the month of Ramadan.
The event is organized by Soul City Artswith the support of The Halal Food Festival. Their objective is to offer a positive, accessible meeting that is faithful to the values of Ramadan: sharing, patience and solidarity. This year, the project is also supported by the Birmingham City Football Club foundation, strengthening its local and community roots. Ramadan 2026 runs from February 19 to March 20, and Ramadan Streets is already shaping up to be one of the highlights of the month in Birmingham.
A simple and festive event, designed to bring people together and create connections, in a spirit of peace, respect and fraternity.
