CNews, hypocrisy established as a system in the service of a sex offender

The chain CNews has made scapegoating its raison d’être. Migrants, Muslims, working-class neighborhoods: everything is a pretext for fear, confusion and permanent suspicion. Under the cover of “information”, the channel broadcasts aggressive security propaganda, based on uninhibited Islamophobia, where Muslims are systematically constructed as an internal danger.

This posture is not only contradictory: it is indecent. On January 14, 2026, the Court of Cassation definitively confirmed the conviction of Jean-Marc Morandini for corruption of minors, for messages and sexual solicitations sent to three adolescents between 2009 and 2016. Two years suspended prison sentence, 20,000 euros fine, registration in the register of perpetrators of sexual offenses, definitive ban on carrying out any activity in contact with minors: the justice system has spoken. CNews chose to ignore it and keep it on the air.

Barely convicted, the host allowed himself to comment on a news item involving a migrant under OQTF (see video below), shamelessly reciting the channel’s punitive catechism. The message is clear: ruthlessness is reserved for others, especially when they are Muslims, foreigners or socially disqualified; indulgence is automatic for those who belong to the media inner circle.

CNews does not defend justice, order, or victims. She protects her own, exploits fear and transforms Islamophobia into a permanent editorial line. The rest is just moral drama.
