Explosive flight: the European Union has known since 2024 for Israeli war crimes since 2024, accuses Marc Botenga

In a video broadcast on Twitter, the MEP Marc Botenga (PTB) reveals an explosive leak: an internal report of the European Union confirms that Brussels has been informed, since 2024, of war crimes committed by Israel in Palestine, in particular in Gaza. This document, emanating from the EU special representative for human rights, compiles the conclusions of the United Nations, the International Court of Justice, the ICC and NGOs, and affirms that Israel deliberately targets schools and hospitals.

For Botenga, this report leaves no doubt: he describes these attacks as war crimes and requires a firm response. But instead of acting, the EU would have chosen to bury the document, continue its arms exports and maintain its privileged partnership with Israel. “They know, they have the evidence, and yet they remain accomplices,” denounces the deputy. He calls for an immediate embargo on arms and at the end of cooperation agreements with Israel, while now raising the question of legal responsibility for European institutions and governments in this assumed complicity.
