Halal Expo 2025: Istanbul highlights natural and vegan

The 11th edition of the World Halal Summit and Halal Expo will be held from November 26 to 29 at the Istanbul Exhibition Center, under the patronage of the Turkish Presidency and in partnership with the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), as well as several national institutions. The 2025 edition will highlight a unique space called Natura, Organik, Vegan (NOV), dedicated to natural, organic and vegan products, a booming sector on a global scale. Designed as a strategic hub, this space will strengthen trade by connecting producers, distributors and international buyers.
Visitors will discover a wide range of products ranging from food to cosmetics, including ecological maintenance and agricultural innovations. The system also aims to give more visibility to local producers and support the increase in the volume of Turkey’s trade. B2B meetings, economic forums and health conferences will finally punctuate these four days dedicated to halal and new consumer trends.
The integration of a space dedicated to natural and vegan products shows that the halal economy is now evolving in line with major global trends: quest for naturalness, rise of veganism, attention to the environment and well-being. By combining these dynamics with a rapidly expanding halal market, Turkey seeks to consolidate its position as a strategic crossroads between Europe, Asia and the Muslim world – a positioning which strengthens its economic influence as well as its commercial attractiveness.
