In 2025, humanity faces its own renunciations

In 2025, the world still does not understand that FREEDOM is a fundamental right for every human being living on Earth… In 2025, the world still does not understand that INJUSTICE, wherever it may be, seriously threatens peace and stability… In 2025, the world still does not understand that SOLIDARITY is absolutely not a crime, much less a crime, but indeed a duty…

In 2025, the world still does not understand that IMPUNITY bloodies and mourns Humanity… In 2025, the world still does not understand that one LIFE has strictly the same value as another, that we ALL have the same blood flowing in our veins… On this International Human Rights Day, I hope from the deepest of my heart that many things will truly change in 2026!

I hope that we will no longer see people suffering atrociously, children cruelly dying, innocent beings unjustly perishing. Without an awakening of conscience, the worst can still happen here and there. Hatred, violence, injustices undoubtedly sow death and chaos in their wake if nothing is done to stop them. It is imperative, even urgent, that people who love peace and justice unite so that LAW prevails over base interests, beyond borders and differences. Future generations will thank us later.

Not only are we all concerned by their future, but we are also fully responsible if we remain simple spectators! Silence, cowardice and indifference are nothing more than complicity. And complicity is, in more than one respect, unworthy of a world that calls itself “free” and “civilized.” A single, vibrant appeal in conclusion: let us fight tirelessly with strength, conviction and determination so that today’s children live truly happy tomorrow! Are they not our future?
