Israeli army kidnaps civilian, tortures him and broadcasts his ordeal on social media

On February 5, 2024, an Israeli soldier, Yosee Gamzoo released a photo of a Gazan civilian tied up, naked and injured in the leg. The Israeli soldier is heavily armed. The tied up man is injured in one leg and is bleeding profusely.

The scene was filmed, photographed and broadcast from a nursery school in the Al-Rimal neighborhood of Gaza City. The person tied up is called Hamza and comes from the Shejaïa district.

Videos of his capture were also broadcast on Israeli social networks. Israeli soldier Yosee Gamzoo also removed them from his posts.

The kidnapped man therefore comes from the town where these Israeli army abuses are taking place. Since the start of this dirty war against the Palestinian people, the Israeli army has already killed his father, his brother-in-law and two of his nephews. His brother was shot dead during the 2014 Israeli invasion.
