The Moroccan pro-Palestinian activist Sion Assidon is still in a coma, two days after being found unconscious at his home in Mohammedia. Hospitalized urgently, he underwent a heavy surgical intervention following a serious head trauma and a cerebral hemorrhage, as well as bleeding to the lungs. His condition remains critical and he is placed under respiratory assistance. If the track of a domestic accident is envisaged, several activists do not spread that of an assault, given the nature of its injuries. An investigation was opened to shed light on the circumstances of this drama.

The personality of Sion Assidon, a striking figure in the fight against normalization with Israel, gives this case a particular political scope.
