Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune’s historic state visit to Russia strengthens cooperation between two friendly countries

Among the highlights of the Algerian President’s state visit to Russia, the unveiling ceremony of the Emir Abdelkader’s commemorative stele, erected on the “most beautiful square in Moscow”, was charged with a particular emotion.
“She is a witness to the centuries-old friendship uniting the Algerian and Russian peoples”, affirmed President Tebboune, vividly recalling the “historical relationships“ established between Algeria and Russia, considering that this memorial “testifies to the centuries-old friendship between the Algerian and Russian peoples”.
