Emergency Morocco: mobilization must continue! Discover new images from the field

Five long, trying days have passed since that terrifying night of September 8, 2023 when the earth shook powerfully in Morocco, wiping out several villages in the High Atlas, taking many human lives (more than 2,900 dead to date and more than 5,500 injured), under the horrified eyes of a long procession of lonely victims, homeless and without resources, who now wander in desolate landscapes.

The trauma is immense, the damage is colossal, the needs are enormous, and the situation is getting worse every day.

Our on-site contact, Taoufik Barboucha, president and founder of Renovowho hastened to go to the bedside of his suffering Moroccan brothers and sisters, among the most needy and vulnerable, tirelessly crisscrosses the field to help them. With the French association Tirugzaand two of his close friends, Mohamed Aitterami (Engineer) and Samia Moktahri (Radiologist), he created a real TaskForce.

Five days after this immeasurable tragedy, everyone is urging us to amplify the great surge of solidarity towards Morocco, by responding without delay to the call for donations: Tirougza Zilzal Morocco. Because it is the duty of every Muslim to come to the aid of their brothers and sisters in distress.

There are no small contributions, all are valuable, and to do this, just one click on: Tirougza Zilzal Morocco
