Question

Resorting to legal means in the present unIslamic system would be expensive & takes a lot of time & effort.I thoght there is a hadis where the prophet allowed Ummu Sofian to take Abu Sofian’s property because he does not give her rights as he was stingy.

Answer

I would appreciate if you could give me a complete reference of the referred incident between Abu Sofian and Umm Sofian. I can only comment on the incident after I have complete information about it.

I would greatly appreciate your help in this regard.
