“That’s all you’re waiting for: a country full of fire and blood”: MP Pouria Amirshahi trashes Jordan Bardella live

In front of a Parisian police station, Pouria Amirshahi, deputy for the 5th constituency of Paris, sitting in the Ecologist and Social group, strongly questioned Jordan Bardella, accusing him of politically exploiting the violence of October 17. “You are frankly like a scavenger coming to blow on the embers,” says the MP, before adding: “You’re just waiting for that, in fact. A country of fire and blood because it makes your votes. » At the heart of his charge: the gap that he denounces between the media presence of the RN leader and his absence among residents. Amirshahi claims to have met with traders and local residents in the morning. “Where was he?” », he asks, criticizing Bardella for coming to “pretend” in front of the cameras without having supported either the mobilized high school students or the robbed merchants.
The MP denounces a strategy aimed at pitting “one France against the other” and also calls on the media on the platform they offer him. According to him, Jordan Bardella makes tensions his “business asset”: “He doesn’t take care of one or the other. He doesn’t care. » Pouria Amirshahi also attacks the leader of the RN on European funds, accusing him directly: “The only thing he has on his shoulders and his responsibility is that with his friends, he embezzled 4 and a half million euros from the European Union and we are still waiting for reimbursement. »
Asked about Bardella’s accusations of responsibility for the violence against him, the deputy replied: “It is totally illegitimate to make accusations, even if only of honesty and integrity. This guy and his friends are thieves. »
Amirshahi then defends his action on the field. He recalls having called for armbands and white scarves to be worn to protect the young demonstrators, whom he claims to have been mistreated. “I do my job, not him. He’s a usurper. It’s a scandal what he’s doing. » His intervention ends with a warning as the 2027 presidential election approaches. Accusing Bardella and those close to him of “rubbing their hands in this violence as if their time had come”, he warned: “In 2027, no one will have to have regrets”, before concluding: “It can hurt very, very badly. »
