On Twitter, Francesca Albanese royally puts Netanyahu in his place

Benjamin Netanyahu thought he could boast after the dismissal of Karim Khan, the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court who issued the arrest warrant against him. Francesca Albanese took it upon herself to remind him, with perfectly controlled closure, that the magistrate’s departure in no way erased the seriousness of the accusations against him.

In a message published on Twitter on July 26, the United Nations special rapporteur for the occupied Palestinian territories recalled that the Israeli Prime Minister remained the subject of an ICC arrest warrant for war crimes and crimes against humanity, in particular for the use of famine as a method of war. She also mentioned the proceedings initiated against Israel before the International Court of Justice for accusations of genocide, before concluding her message with a particularly scathing formula:

“Don’t take advantage of anything, Mr. Genocide. »

A royal reframing, as brief as it is devastating, which brutally brings the genocidal Benjamin Netanyahu back to a reality that no communication operation can hide: that of a leader pursued by international justice.
